Explosives Limited provides a wide range of services which add value to customer blasting operations.

 Conventional Technical Services
Explosives Limited and Orica Canada Inc. strongly emphasize the importance of providing technical service to our customers. We have the expertise, trained personnel, software and equipment i.e. SABREX™, ShotPlus™, Powersieve™, etc. to make a valuable contribution to our customers blasting operation.

Technical Training Courses
Training courses are designed to aid our customers with employee education by promoting best practices and awareness of the latest technology. Our courses include safety, blasting practice, blast design and storage, transportation and handling of explosives.
The courses are customized to each customer’s requirements and range from hands-on field training to instruction in a classroom setting.
Experienced and competent personnel are provided for instruction of the training courses.
Blasting Physics
The blasting Physics Group of Orica Canada Inc. was formed to develop and apply higher levels of technology to blasting operations than those levels traditionally supplied as Conventional Technical Service to explosives users. Computer analysis technology, specialized instruments and techniques, which have been developed by Orica are used in the applications.
