Perforating

Established in 1984, the Perforating Division of Explosives Limited is the leader in the supply of perforating products across western Canada. Focused in the oil and gas industry, and providing quality service to wireline operators involved in completion activities. The Division sources the best products in market for it’s customers. This includes shaped charges, carrier systems, surface hardware and auxiliary equipment.

In 1999, Explosives Limited acquired Pacific Perforating Products Ltd. (now Natayo Manufacturing) resulting in improved customer service deliverability and product development.

Explosives Limited supports and participates in ‘Blaster’s Certification’ courses aimed at improving safety in the industry. The company has become known for continually developing innovative products. We are the only Canadian company to be a voting member of the API Sub-Committee on Perforating. The company is also a member of the Alberta Labour Partnerships in Health and Safety program.
